With a career spanning military service, private sector leadership, and consulting, I bring a unique perspective to workforce development and organizational success. As a retired Chief Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force, I offer extensive leadership and operational expertise rooted in servant leadership, excellence, and developing people and processes. My ability to lead diverse teams in complex environments continues to guide my consulting approach today.

Now, as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and full-time Doctoral Student in Curriculum & Instruction at Capella University, I specialize in:
